As reported by Variety Bradley Cooper plays Jor-El (Superman's Father) in the recently released movie 'Superman' during the opening scene of the movie. Gunn had earlier worked with Cooper in the 'Guardians Of The Galaxy' trilogy. Bradley voiced Rocket Racoon. The director revealed that the bond he developed with the actor in those films made it easier for him to cast Bradley in the latest movie. 

Superman is directed by James Gunn. The movie got its Indian threatrical release today. It stars David Corenwet as the titular superhero Superman/Clark Kent alongside Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane , Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor and Nathan Fillion as Green Lantern. The 3D version will grab more screens than its 2D version. 

Actor David Corenswet dons the suit in the upcoming movie 'Superman'. The actors Tyler Hoechlin and Henry Cavill who previously portrayed Superman exchanged letters with him writing the words of encouragement for him.
