The Champions Trophy 2025 will be played from February 19 in Pakistan and UAE. Ahead of the start of the 2025 ICC Champions Trophy, several teams have been forced to make changes in their squads due to player injuries and other unforeseen circumstances. Many big-name players including Jasprit Bumrah, Pat Cummins have been ruled out of the 2025 ICC Champions Trophy due to injuries. Over 100 international players have been signed to compete in the DP World International League T20 inaugural edition.

Former Zimbabwe captain Andy Flower, who has three decades of cricketing experience, will be the head coach of the Gulf Giants side in the International League T20 2023.

Rovman Powell blasted his first T20 international century off only 51 balls with nine sixes and four fours and put on third-wicket stand of 122 from just 67 balls with Nicholas Pooran (70 off 43). 

Paul Collingwood will stand in as head coach for the five-match series, which will be played in Barbados from January 22-30.

The Warriors posted 162/4 and in reply Bangla Tigers only managed to score 132/3 in 10 overs with Andre Fletcher scoring 53 and Chirag Suri scoring 42 not out. In the ICC Men’s T20I Team Rankings, England remain in second position and Pakistan fourth in the list led by Australia.

Tom Banton blasted an impressive 71 before England`s opening T20 international against Pakistan was abandoned. The umpires called off play at just past 9 p.m local time with the outfield too wet to continue. England and Pakistan will now play in the second T20I if the three-match series at the same venue on Sunday.
