Users who have updated their Twitter accounts to the most recent version can now share their tweets directly to Instagram stories and Snapchat. Twitter has also recently announced an Edit Tweet button for users. According to the company, users will be able to edit tweets several times within 30 minutes of their publication.

In April of this year, Tesla CEO Elon Musk declared his intention to buy the social networking business for $44 billion. Musk, on the other hand, recently backed out of the deal.

The edit function seems to have an `immutable` quality. App researcher Alessandro Paluzzi also tweeted out screenshots of the new edit button. Paluzzi shows how the `Edit Tweet` option could appear in the three-dot menu on the right side of your tweets.

Twitter has confirmed it`s "exploring" a new feature that would allow two account to co-author a single tweet. This feature becomes useful when two accounts want to have their names attached to a single post, ranging from brand partnerships to influencer campaigns.

The screenshot gives no indication of how the podcasts feature will work on Twitter. Spaces debuted in 2020, and Twitter delved even deeper into the audio genre after acquiring Breaker, a social podcast platform. For now, there are six categories under which profiles can fall for verification which include Government officials and institutions, Companies, brands and organisations, news journalism and organisations, Entertainment, Sports and gaming, Activists, organisers, and other influential individuals. Twitter will send a mail to that user and it will inform that users the process can take a few weeks depending on how many verification requests are currently in queue.

Tapping "Continue" on the popup will bring iOS users to the actual App Tracking Transparency setting. Twitter has also included a link to a support post in the help centre that explains why it has to ask for permission, including a link to its current App Privacy Policy. Facebook has been a vocal critic of Apple's iOS 14 privacy updates, arguing that the privacy changes could hurt small businesses globally.
