Rajasthan has issued Rs 28,455 crore bonds under UDAY scheme, meant for the revival of power distribution companies, to 26 banks at an interest rate of 8.39 percent.

As many as 15 states have agreed to opt for UDAY scheme, meant for revival of debt stressed power distribution companies (discoms) in the country, Union Minister Piyush Goyal said today.
