ULFA(I) News
The offer comes a few days after ULFA(I) claimed responsibility for four serial blasts in Upper Assam districts on the Republic Day.

Earlier in the day, the proscribed ULFA (I) had claimed responsibility for the grenade attack.
"ULFA-I is still recruiting youths from different parts of Assam and its commander-in-chief Paresh Baruah is conducting it from Myanmar," the DGP said.
The 15 Kumaon Regiment of Indian Army at Burhi Dihing, Tinsukia, was attacked on Saturday morning, the banned outfit said in a statement.
ULFA (Independent) today claimed that Dr Abhijit Asom was their chairman and not Dr Mukul Hazarika as reported in a section of media.
