He shared a post informing about a shop at the height of 10,500 in Uttarakhand accepting UPI.
NPCI recently launched UPI lite wallet which allows transactions without UPI pin.

UPI Lite allows users to pay low amount without using UPI Pin.
It will be 'on device wallet' and users can put max Rs 2000 at any point.
Currently, service is available in eight banks.
