Meet a farmer’s daughter from Madhya Pradesh, who cracked the UPSC Civil Services Exam in her second attempt with an impressive AIR 23, without any coaching. She turned to self-study after failing her first attempt. Tapasya not only broke academic barriers but also societal ones when she rejected the 'Kanyadaan' ritual at her wedding. Anjali Garg, born on September 14, 1996, in Chandigarh, always harbored the dream of becoming a doctor.  Anjali Garg's story is a testament to perseverance, determination, and hard work. Her first attempt at the UPSC exam, undertaken during the tumultuous COVID-19 pandemic, ended in failure but she never doubted her efforts.  

UPSC Civil Services 2024 Exam Results: The top 10 candidates are Shakti Dubey, Harshita Goyal, Dongre Archit Parag, Shah Margi Chirag, Aakash Garg, Komal Punia, Aayushi Bansal, Raj Krishna Jha, Aditya Vikram Agarwal, and Mayank Tripathi.  

Shakti Dubey UPSC Topper: The UPSC examination process included the written test conducted in September 2024, followed by personality tests held between January and April 2025

Yedavalli Akshay Kumar, who secured 624th rank in the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) civil services examination, has said that his inspiration has been controversial filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma, the man who helmed Bollywood blockbusters like Satya and Sarkar.

He further said his journey to where he is at this moment in time was not easy.

These 990 candidates have been recommended for the 1058 vacancies. 

8 women and 17 men bagged the top 25 ranks.

The UPSC has recommended a total of 990 candidates, of which 240 are women.
