Katra-Srinagar Vande Bharat Express: The centuries-long wait will finally end on February 17, 2025, as the first passenger train runs on the Srinagar-Katra railway link. The Katra-Srinagar Vande Bharat Express is set to revolutionize travel between Jammu and Kashmir by offering a fast, comfortable, and efficient rail service.

Vande Bharat Train (SVDK-SINA): Indian Railways conducted the trial run of the first Vande Bharat Express between Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra and Srinagar stations on Saturday. The route includes the Anji Khad Bridge, India’s first cable-stayed railway bridge, and the Chenab Bridge, the world’s highest railway bridge.
