Victims of Uphaar Tragedy News

The victims of 1997 Uphaar fire tragedy on Tuesday moved the Supreme Court seeking modification of its order sentencing Sushil Ansal to the period already undergone by him in jail due to his age-related complications.

Family members of Uphaar fire victims on Friday said that they will step up protests in their quest for justice and demanded a new legislation to deal with the "man-made disasters" and better safety in public spaces.
