Former Tamil Nadu CM J Jayalalithaa decided against going abroad for medical treatment, V K Sasikala claimed on Friday.
Asserting that there was nothing to conceal in the demise of Jayalalithaa, Sasikala said foreign doctors who attended to her sought to fly her abroad for treatment.
Jayalalithaa showed signs of recovery and was all set for discharge on December 19, said Sasikala.
The probe report - compiled by former Madras High Court Judge A Arumugasamy - has found Jayalalithaa's top aide VK Sasikala guilty of misconduct.

As per the list, all the prominent party leaders who were holding the party posts as district secretaries are continuing
AIADMK expelled O Raja, brother of party chief coordinator and former Chief Minister O Panneerselvam.
The party also removed three other party functionaries of Theni district.
This is the second time in three years that Raja was expelled from the party.
Recently, the Theni district committee of the party had passed a resolution stating that Sasikala be reinducted into the AIADMK.
Amid demands from AIADMK workers to consider taking Sasikala into the party, she said that the entire party is a family and that she is going to meet children of the outfit.
Sasikala also offered prayers at the Srinivasa Perumal temple in T Nagar on her way to the Jayalalithaa memorial

A copy of the IT department property attachment order has been issued to Tamil Nadu’s late CM J.Jayalalithaa’s nephew and niece, J. Deepak and J. Deepa.

The AIAMDK reiterated Sasikala and those with her had nothing to do with the party and that it was illegal on their part to use the party flag as she travelled in a car sporting it

Sasikala, the close confidante of late chief minister J Jayalalithaa, is on her way to Chennai after completing her four-year sentence in a corruption case.
Her return to the state’s political arena gains significance as it occurs barely two months ahead of the crucial assembly polls.
Sasikala was discharged on January 31 from Bengaluru`s Victoria hospital where she was undergoing COVID-19 treatment
She was officially released from judicial custody on January 27 after completing her 4-year prison sentence in a disproportionate assets case
Sasikala was expelled from the party in September, 2017 along with her nephew TTV Dhinakaran.
On Sunday, the AIADMK in its twitter handle said the use of its flag by Sasikala was against the law.
AIADMK deputy coordinator K P Munusamy rejected Dhinakaran's claim that "Sasikala is the general secretary."
"Sasikala Natarajan is asymptomatic," the hospital`s health bulletin said.
It added, "She`s conscious and alert. Her vital parameters are stable and her blood sugars under control."
Health bulletin said that she is maintaining saturation without oxygen and is walking with support.
The message from AIADMK comes on the same day when Sasikala has been released formally from prison and is expected to return to Chennai within a week.
The poster had also featured the name and picture of Subramania Raja, who served as a District joint Secretary of the MGR Mandram.
Expelled AIADMK leader VK Sasikala is serving a jail term in a corruption case and has been hospitalised for COVID-19.
She is stable, according to the hospital where she is undergoing treatment.
The symptoms have reduced and she is now stable, authorities at Victoria Hospital where Sasikala is being treated said on Sunday.
