Sakshi Malik emphasized that while Phogat did not entirely control the direction of the protest, it was her suggestion that set things in motion.
The court also granted bail to Vinod Tomar, the suspended assistant secretary of the Wrestling Federation of India (WFI), in the case.
WFI chief Brij Bhushan Singh was caught on camera yelling at a TV reporter and breaking her mic when she asked him to comment on the sexual harassment charges made against him and the chargesheet filed by the Delhi Police.
Taking cognisance of the chargesheet, Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Harjeet Singh Jaspal directed Brij Bhushan to appear before the court on July 18.
The Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) elections have also been postponed from July 6 to July 11.
The wrestlers asserted that their fight against the WFI chief will continue and they will deliberate how to continue this fight after evaluating the chargesheet filed against him.
Union Sports Minister Anurag Thakur had earlier assured protesting wrestlers that the chargesheet in the case will be filed by June 15. Wrestlers have made sexual harassment allegations against Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh.
As part of the probe, the Delhi Police has also written to wrestling federations of five nations seeking details in connection with the alleged incidents of sexual harassment by the WFI chief.
The startling admission by the father substantially weakens the case against Brij Bhusha Sharan Singh who is accused of sexual harassment by several wrestlers. The complaint by the minor wrester has also led to investigation under POCSO Act.
Anurag Thakur said that the government has accepted every demand of the wrestlers. He said WFI will also have an internal complaints committee, headed by a woman.
Bajrang Punia, Sakshi Malik and Vinesh Phogat - all three India international wrestlers - have returned to work as Office on Special Duty (Northern Railways) since last week.
Khap panchayats and farmer leaders have already set the June 9 deadline for the Centre to arrest the WFI chief.

The proposed rally was widely perceived as a show of strength by Singh even as his party faces growing pressure to sack him. Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh had previously announced that he would address the rally on Monday "with the blessings of Sadhus".
