WhatsApp is expected to add a multi-device support feature for iPad along with WhatsApp web, portal, desktop and phone. Earlier, it was said that the Facebook-owned messaging app’s feature will have only one primary phone. WhatsApp has been working on multi-device features for quite some time and now it has been revealed that this feature will be available for all the users soon.

Currently, users who are willing to send messages to their contacts will be asked to scan a QR code to further get access to WhatsApp Web. The multi-device support for beta testing on WhatsApp removes this problem by letting WhatsApp work on users' primary smartphone and up to four other devices. WABetaInfo said that the Facebook-owned messaging platform might add support for adding additional devices (like smartphones or tablets) at a later stage.

WhatsApp has unveiled the multi-support feature for iOS users too. WhatsApp’s upcoming multi-device functionality feature allows users to connect up to four devices with their account. Notably, this WhatsApp feature is not made available to the main app for the wider public yet.

The new WhatsApp Flash Call login method has come to ease the process for users. WhatsApp instead of sending an SMS with a code will call the user and then automatically end the call once the user is detected. WhatsApp Flash Call feature will help in logging into multiple devices after the multi-device support.
