Commenting on inflation and its impact on fuel prices, industry chamber ASSOCHAM on Monday said the firming of crude prices in the global markets will impact the fuel prices in India.
In August, the government had hiked onion MEP to USD 700 per tonne.
The wholesale prices of tomato at Azadpur Mandi are hovering at Rs 45-55 per kg.
Tomato prices were seen at Rs 40 per kg a fortnight ago but now it has doubled to Rs 80 per kg.
