Zimbabwe`s former vice president Emmerson Mnangagwa will be sworn in as president on Friday.

Tens of thousands of overjoyed protesters flooded Zimbabwe`s streets Saturday celebrating the crumbling of President Robert Mugabe`s ruthless regime.

Robert Mugabe has ruled out any prospect of retiring soon, saying that ZANU-PF officials believe there is no "acceptable" alternative.
