It was yet another disappointing game for Thalaivas as they crashed to their 13th defeat of the season. Ajay Thakur scored 15 raid points for Tamil Thalaivas but was unable to inspire his team.
The trio of Deepak Dahiya, Vikas Kandola and Wazir Singh combined to score 23 raid points to lead their team to victory. Anup Kumar scored 10 points for U Mumba but Kashiling Adake had a disappointing match and that affected U Mumba's performance.
Gujarat are top of the table in Zone A with 61 points from 16 matches. Tamil Thalaivas are bottom of the table in Zone B with 28 points from 13 matches.
Maninder Singh made a crucial super raid in the dying minutes of the match as Warriors held on to a narrow win. Bengal Warriors defenders Ravinder Pahal and and Mahender Singh scored five points each but were let down by raiders Rohit and Ajay Kumar.
The Puneri Paltan raiders chipped in with 15 points whereas the defence contributed 17 points. For Haryana, Surjeet Singh was the sole performer as he ended up with 9 raid points.
