Amrit Udyan will remain open for visitors from January 31 to March 26 between 10 am and 4 pm, a statement issued by the Rashtrapati Bhavan on Sunday said.
The celebrated Mughal Gardens at the Rashtrapati Bhavan in Delhi boasts over 150 varieties of roses, tulips, Asiatic lilies, daffodils and other ornamental flowers, and is spread over 15 acres.
Leader of Opposition in West Bengal Assembly Suvendu Adhikari's statement came after the gardens of Rashtrapati Bhavan in Delhi including the Mughal Garden were renamed as 'Amrit Udyan'.

Mughal Gardens Renamed 'Amrit Udyan': The Mughal Gardens, now renamed 'Amrit Udyan', is spread over 15 acres. It has often been portrayed as the “soul of the Presidential palace”, the website says. It will be opened on January 29 by President Droupadi Murmu.
