The Supreme Court will on Friday hear a plea by eight doctors of the Army Medical Corps (AMC) who want their retirement age to be raised to 65 years from the existing 58 years.
The woman, who applied in early 2013 for a short service commission in the AMC, was asked to join service in February 2014 after clearing all examinations and medical tests.
