A day after submitting CCTV footage to ACB, which shows AIADMK general secretary Sasikala entering jail in civilian clothes, ex-deputy inspector general of police (DIG) (Prisons) D. Roopa has claimed that she has been using a barricaded corridor of about 120 ft to 150 ft length as her private space in Parappana Agrahara central prison. 

Troubles for former deputy inspector general of police (DIG) (Prisons) Roopa do not cease to end as now a legal notice has been served to her by the lawyer of Director General (Prisons) G. Sathyanarayan Rao.

A convicted serial killer housed next to the cell of VK Sasikala in Bengaluru jail has been shifted out.

Sasikala is reportedly not talking to anyone and has even refused requests by party leaders for an audience.

AIADMK General Secretary VK Sasikala on Thursday watched on television K. Palaniswami taking oath as the new Chief Minster of Tamil Nadu at Raj Bhavan in Chennai from the Central Jail on the city's southern outskirts, said sources.
