According to the official notification, Term 1 Exams 2022 are scheduled to begin for classes 10, 12 in the offline mode from November 16. The students will be able to download the CBSE OMR sheet on Monday, November 15, 2021, a day ahead of the exams. Over 20 lakh students are set to appear in the CBSE Term 1 exam.

Union Minister of Education Pokhriyal has announced that CBSE Class 10, 12 board exams 2021 will be held in May-June. The results will be announced in July. CBSE is yet to issue the exact date sheet or timetable for Class 10, 12 Board Exams.

Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal will announce CBSE Board exams today. Pokhriyal will make the announcement at 6 AM. The CBSE Class 10, 12 Board examinations 2021 will not be conducted online.

In its statement, the board has clearly ruled out the possibility of online exams and said that they would be conducted in written mode only. According to sources, the board is not in a favour of online exams since not everyone has equal access to technology and the internet.

CBSE has reportedly changed the question paper pattern for class 12. CBSE has released tentative dates for Class 12 practical exam. The practical examinations for class 12 will be held from Jan 1-Feb 8.

CBSE Secretary Anurag Tripathi has said that date sheet for 2021 CBSE Class 10, 12 would be released soon. Exam schedule would be available on the official site of CBSE on cbse.nic.in. Notably, Maharashtra and Gujarat Board have decided to postpone the Board Exams 2021 till May.
