Amid hopes of long pending GST bill getting passed in Rajya Sabha in the next Parliament session, state finance ministers will deliberate on the model GST law at a two-day meeting in Kolkata beginning Tuesday.

15 state finance ministers and 30 senior officials from the states will take part in the two-day meeting, according to various media reports.
Finance Minister Arun Jaitley will on Wednesday meet his state counterparts to discuss the roadmap for rolling out Goods and Services Tax (GST) from April 2016.
