Shares of Idea Cellular ended 2 percent lower Tuesday after the company reported an 88 percent plunge in consolidated net profit for September quarter.
Investments in network expansion, coupled with competition putting a pressure on pricing led the third largest telco Idea Cellular to report a huge decline in the September quarter net profit at Rs 90 crore.
The company has 143.6 million EoP customer base, with the addition of 4.6 million new customers during the quarter.
