Candidates who successfully register for phase 2 of TCS off-campus hiring will receive the details for the test on email IDs that they used during registrations. Candidates applying for TCS off-campus hiring should be pass outs for years 2020 and 2021.

IT firms are planning to hire more than 60,000 women tech professionals. India’s female labour force participation rate (FLFPR) dropped to 20.8% in 2019. The FLFPR was about 30.27% in 1990.

The programme is open for candidates who can join the firm in the next financial year, i.e. FY 2022-23. MBA graduates planning to apply for the job at TCS by November 9. The IT major will announce the test dates once the registration ends.

The last date for applying for the TCS ‘Smart Hiring Program’ is November 2. Candidates applying for the programme will have to appear for a test. The test could fall on a date starting from November 19.

TCS announced fresh hiring plans. The company said that it is planning to hire more than 35,000 graduates. The rising attrition rate is also daunting Infosys.

The bumper hiring by the IT major is for the Pooled Campus drive. Candidates planning to land a job at Capgemini can register at the official company website. The last date of registration is October 15, 2021.

Infosys is currently faced with high attrition levels just like other IT companies such as TCS, Wipro and HCL, among others. The IT company was previously planning to hire 35,000 candidates. However, it has now increased the target to 45,000 freshers for the ongoing financial year.
