Campaigning for Assembly Elections in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh concluded on Wednesday. Polling for all 230 assembly constituencies of Madhya Pradesh and 70 constituencies under second phase in Chhattisgarh will be held on Friday.
Reacting to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal projecting himself as 'chacha' (uncle) to voters during his visit to the BJP-ruled state, Jyotiraditya Scindia said everybody knows how he has treated Delhi.
In what appears to be a change in strategy, the BJP on Thursday released its first list of 39 candidates, including five women, in Madhya Pradesh even before the announcement of the poll schedule.
Besides these, Congress also made another major announcement for implementing the old pension scheme (OPS) to gain the support of state government employees and their families in the coming elections.

BJP also set the target of bagging 51 per cent vote share in the Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections next year.
Rahul Gandhi is currently touring the BJP-dominated Malwa region in poll-bound MP.
"Party's top leadership will decide that who will be the party's chief ministerial face in the next assembly elections," he told reporters here yesterday.
