Germany`s Alexander Zverev dismantled Marco Cecchinato 6-1, 7-5, 6-3 in under two hours on Friday to move into the French Open last 16. Zverev, who did not play any claycourt events following last month`s run to the U.S. Open final, was dominant and grabbed two quick breaks to wrap up the first set after 25 minutes. The German tennis star finished off his opponent with his third match point after an hour and 47 minutes.

World number 18 Cecchinato raced through the match in little over an hour to claim his third ATP title, without dropping a set all week. 

The 34-year-old Seppi, currently world number 37, has pipped his team's top ranked singles player Marco Cecchinato (world no 19) as he gears up to face Ramkumar on the opening day.
