On one hand the cold is increasing very much, on the other hand pollution has made life difficult. The level of pollution is at an alarming level. This morning the Air Quality Index was recorded at 425 in Delhi.
Due to increasing cold in the country's capital Delhi, the minimum temperature has reached below 4 degree Celsius. The Meteorological Department has also issued a yellow alert regarding cold wave in the state.
In view of the increasing cold in Delhi, the Meteorological Department said that the temperature of Delhi will continue to fall continuously, today the temperature of Delhi was recorded at 9.8 degrees.
The National Weather Forecasting Centre of the India Meteorological Department, has come out with its summary and forecast for all India weather over the next five days.
Most of the higher reaches of Himachal Pradesh, including Shimla, Manali and Kufri, received fresh snowfall, the meteorological department said on Tuesday. The snowfall bought much to cheer for tourists but around 100 roads have been blocked in the entire state due to the snow.

The districts of sub-Himalayan West Bengal are likely to witness thunderstorm with lightning.

It said pre-monsoon thunderstorm activities were observed over parts of western Rajasthan.
The weatherman has predicted clear skies throughout the day with the maximum temperature likely to settle around 39 degrees Celsius.
