Not accepting what was termed by Lodha Panel as principles of good governance is an indication that old guards Niranjan Shah and N Srinivasan manage to stay relevant despite disqualification.

Despite the Supreme Court barring disqualified officials like N Srinivasan and Niranjan Shah, some of their confidantes may threaten to once again play spoilsport although they may just be very small in number.

SC has further instructed the BCCI to adopt the Lodha Panel suggestions as far as possible in the July 26 SGM itself.
