New Pakistan cabinet News
Pakistan Peoples Party's (PPP's) chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari was not among the ministers.
Sharif's Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) got 13 ministries and nine ministries have been given to Pakistan People's Party (PPP).
Four ministries were handed over to Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) and Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) got two ministries.
Pakistan's Parliament last week elected Sharif, President of the PML-N, as the new prime minister after the ouster of Imran Khan through a no-trust vote.
But the new Cabinet could not be formed as Sharif wanted to accommodate all his allies in the government.
Since Sharif had become the prime minister with a mere two-vote margin, so did not want to start his stint in the office with any misunderstandings among the allies.
