Today, Operation Blue Star on Golden Temple completes 38 years. On this occasion, amidst police security in Amritsar, hardcore Khalistanis openly raised slogans of Khalistan Zindabad and took out a procession in the city demanding independence.
It is said that history repeats itself among those who do not learn from it. Therefore, today is the day to rewind Operation Blue Star, which was run 38 years ago and today is also the day to understand whether Khalistani forces are coming alive once again in Punjab.
Operation Blue Star was carried out by the Indian Army in June 1984 to flush out militants hiding in the Golden Temple complex in Amritsar, PTI reported.
The film is being written and directed by Sai Kabir.
