Partha Chatterjee is currently lodged in Alipore Presidency Correctional Facility.
Arpita Mukherjee is in the Alipore Women's Correctional Facility.
ED officials interrogated them separately there on Wednesday.
A team of SSKM doctors visited Partha Chatterjee two days ago.
Partha is suffering from several problems including leg pain.
The doctors also advised him to do some exercises.
Partha Chatterjee's health report went to the prison office in Nabanna.
From there the report is sent to the District Chief Health Officer of South 24 Parganas.
On his instructions, a team of 8 doctors went to Presidency Jail to see Partha.
Anubrata Mandal is currently in 10-day CBI custody.

According to the jail rules, undertrial and sentenced prisoners have to use the same toilet for bathing.
Partha Chatterjee is lodged in cell number two of the Presidency Jail and there is only one toilet for bathing in that ward.
He has not bathed there since his arrival at the jail on Friday.
Former Education Minister Partha Chatterjee has been lodged in Jail on charges of corruption in the appointment of teachers.
Another accused in this case, Arpita Mukherjee, has also been in the same situation.
On August 5, Special Court Judge Jibon Kumar Sadhu ordered Partha and Arpita 14-day jail custody.
Partha Chatterjee has been kept in a separate cell.
At noon, he ate pulses and vegetables.
A blanket has also been given to him.
