The Producers Guild on Tuesday announced that it would set up a relief fund for daily wage earners impacted by the complete shutdown of film, television and OTT productions owing to the COVID-19 epidemic.
As per PGI chief Siddharth Roy Kapur, the collaboration will create new avenues for creative collaboration between some of the most talented and experienced minds from both these industries.
The amendments provide for inclusion of a new section for the prohibition of unauthorised recording of films screened in cinema halls.
