Afghanistan is going to ban PUBG in 90 days. TikTok will also be banned in 30 days. PUBG is banned in India and Pakistan.

As Krafton might take some time to roll out Battlegrounds Mobile India for everyone, the game has already got embroiled in controversy as people are demanding a ban on the PUBG Mobile India avatar. It has further advised Google not to make use of its Google Play store platform. Battlegrounds Mobile India, which is almost a repackaged version of PUBG Mobile comes with several features that are quite similar to the banned game in India.

PUBG has been banned in India since September in the aftermath of the India-China conflict at the border. With the opening of pre-registrations of Undawn, it can be assumed that this game will be unveiled in India without any hassle.

Earlier too, PUBG Mobile had banned 1,110,842 accounts permanently from accessing the game. The Bronze category saw the ban of maximum accounts which almost came up to 35 percent. PUBG has been banned in India since September due to the tensions at the border between countries India and China.

The battle royale game PUBG Lite will officially shut down globally on April 29. PUBG Lite Facebook will remain operational until further notice, the developers stated.

PUBG Corp has launched a streamlined version of the game. The PUBG Mobile Lite has been designed taking budget smartphones into consideration. This game will get all the frequent updates to add gameplay enhancements, skins, weapons, vehicles and more.

PUBG game was banned under Section 69A of the Information Technology Act.

The ban on the game will come into effect from March 9.
