About 12 per cent of sitting Rajya Sabha MPs are billionaires with Andhra Pradesh and Telangana having the highest percentage of such parliamentarians, according to a new report.
In a report, the Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) and National Election Watch (NEW) said that it has analyzed and updated the criminal background details of 225 out of 233 Rajya Sabha MPs.
