As Delhi battled chilly winter morning, full dress rehearsals for Republic Day 2023 Parade were conducted in the early hours of Saturday in Kartavya Path. Different contingents showcased their might at Kartavya Path as they marched along the tunes played by the bands .India will celebrate its 74th Republic Day on January 26, 2023.

Before Republic Day, intelligence agencies have issued a big alert regarding security. In the alert, the possibility of a terrorist attack has been expressed on the occasion of 26 January. Along with this, the threat to the security of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also been expressed.

This year we will be celebrating the 72nd Republic Day. Even though the festivities will be toned down this year owing to the pandemic, the parade will carry on with many new additions to the showcases and tableaux.
