Narendra Singh Tomar said his ministry does not maintain details of projects launched by private builders in urban areas and delay their execution.

The city witnessed a jump in new home launches by 53.9 percent at 3,801 units in January-March 2017 quarter against that in the previous quarter, a real estate research firm said.

Private equity firm Motilal Oswal Real Estate today launched its third real estate fund and plans to raise up to Rs 1,000 crore which the company proposes to invest in residential projects in six metros.
