The nationwide protest by the INDIA alliance comes in response to the suspension of 145 MPs during the current winter session of Parliament.
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will lead the protest at Jantar Mantar, scheduled to commence at 11 am on Friday. The protest aims to draw attention to the suspension of opposition MPs and the perceived disregard for parliamentary norms.
A total of 143 MPs - 97 from Lok Sabha and 46 from Rajya Sabha - were earlier suspended for allegedly creating a ruckus and disrupting proceedings in both Houses.
The Opposition MPs' protest march against mass suspension began from the old Parliament building to Vijay Chowk on Thursday.

Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal proposed to suspend more Opposition MPs including Supriya Sule, Manish Tewari, Shashi Tharoor, Md Faisal, Karti Chidambaram, Sudip Bandhopadhyay, Dimple Yadav and Danish Ali.
The protest is slated to commence at 10.30 AM, marking a stern response to the suspension of 78 MPs, 33 from Lok Sabha and 45 from Rajya Sabha.

Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi had called a meeting on Monday of Opposition parties whose MPs were suspended last month for the Winter Session.
12 Rajya Sabha MPs were suspended from the House on the first day of the Winter session of Parliament from 5 Political Parties including Congress, TMC, Shivsena, CPI, CPI(M).

The meeting was attended by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, Road Transport, and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari, Law Minister Kiren Rijiju and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi.
The showdown over the suspension of 12 Rajya Sabha MPs for their alleged misconduct is likely to disrupt the proceedings on the third day of the ongoing Winter session of Parliament on Wednesday.
