India's ambassador to the United Nations, Syed Akbaruddin who became quite famous for his fiery speeches at the world body is celebrating his last day in the office. The ambassador on Thursday shared a post on Twitter where he is seen in a video conference with the UN chief Antonio Guterres and talks about bowing out with a 'namaste'.
"My simple response to Pakistan is even though it is late, neighbour, heal thyself of your malaise. There are no takers here for your malware," Akbaruddin added.
MEA spokesperson Raveesh Kumar also slammed Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan for peddling fake video on the internet.
Akbaruddin asserted, "UN-designated terrorist organizations such as ISIL, Al-Shabab, Al-Qaida, Boko Haram, Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed, continue to destabilise entire regions through their cross-border financing, propaganda, and recruitment, including by using - rather abusing- evolving global public goods such as the cyberspace and social media."
