UGC NET June Result 2025: Candidates who took the exam can now access their results online at ugcnet.nta.ac.in. Using their login credentials, applicants can download their scorecards and check their eligibility status for Assistant Professor, JRF, or PhD admissions across Indian institutions, scroll down for more details.

 This decision aims to streamline the admission process under the National Education Policy, eliminating the need for multiple entrance exams.

The letter stated that the decision to scrap the MPhil degree was taken as per clause 14 of the UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedures for Award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2022, which were notified on 16th December, 2022.

UGC secretary said, under the regulations, as they currently stand, printing of the Aadhaar number on provisional certificates and degrees is not permissible.
