Worrying is that part of ours which is existed in everybody’s life. Some are able to manage this and some will not. We think that our worry impact only ourselves but this is not true, it impact our surrounding too.
The study showed that people who reported experiencing no stress were more likely to experience better daily well-being and fewer chronic health conditions. However, they were also more likely to have lower cognitive function, as well.
Anxiety can actually be helpful when it spurs you to take action and solve a problem. So, it's quite normal for you to feel anxious when facing a challenge or so.
