Union finance minister Arun Jaitley on Thursday congratulated the National Investigation Agency for arresting 10 persons on Wednesday, who are allegedly linked to an ISIS-like module Harkat ul Harb-e-Islam and planned to carry out blasts in and around the national capital and attack politicians.
