Bihar is gearing up for Assembly elections, and at the heart of the contest is RJD's Tejashwi Yadav, who is looking to grab power this time without JDU's support, having missed the 2020 polls by a close margin. The RJD is focusing on people's issues, promising free electricity, and highlighting crimes in the state.

Under the SIR guidelines, from August 1 to September 1, voters and political parties can submit requests to add names of eligible individuals who were left out, or file objections against entries believed to be ineligible.
